The idea form collects your message, the type of contribution and any project or availability details you choose to share. Your name and email are optional.

Who can see it?

Submissions are stored in a private inbox for the hub administrator at The Button Factory. They are used to review ideas, plan activities and follow up when you have provided an email. Your message is not published on the website.

Newsletter signups

The newsletter form saves your email address, language preference and signup consent for Touch Base updates. The hub administrator can access this list. It is kept separate from The Button Factory’s general newsletter. To leave the list, email kiaora@thebuttonfactory.co.nz.

What to leave out

Please leave out private health information and details about other people. You can contribute without giving your name or email.

Change or remove a submission

Email kiaora@thebuttonfactory.co.nz with enough detail to identify your message. The hub administrator can help you access, correct or remove it.

About this first version

We don’t add advertising trackers. The location map is served from this website using OpenStreetMap data. Google Maps opens only when you choose directions. Calendar availability is a checked snapshot rather than a live booking service. The idea form is not monitored for urgent support.
